Electroceramics XVI will be hosted at the former prison of Hasselt, which has been converted by Hasselt University to a modern building for education and events. Situated in the city center of Hasselt, it is easily reachable by public transport, with several hotels and many restaurants and bars in its immediate vicinity.

Transport
The venue is easily reachable via public transport. We advise people traveling from abroad to arrive by plane at Brussels airport (BRU). An alternative international airport is Brussels South (CRL). You can reach Hasselt by train from Brussels Airport. Check the website of the Belgian Railway Company (www.belgianrail.be) for time schedules and pricing information.
